Work.It.Out

The second one was for Adidas originals- The reference was retro/shoreditch/hoxton so infusing the old with the new- basically wanted them to look ghetto fabulous!! The makeup reference was Andy Warhol pop art and Christin Dior SS11- so drag queen like eyes were rocked!
The clothing store supplying the garms pulled out 4 hours before the show so i was running around like a headless chicken trying to secure stuff! Managed to ring the head office of JD marketing and Rachelle- the legend- purchased a shit load of stuff- realtionships made- silver lining and all that! The girls and boys both danced and it was an unbeleiveable display! So So proud! The dream team- Rachelle Jaques and Stephanie Barlow along with the bestest lisa Marshall- all made it happen!

All that glitters

These are the shows i styled for Newcastle fashion week. One was the launch of fashion TV vodka- this one i went with a Chanel SS11 inspired look with the eyes- and sleek hair to compliment the boldness of the makeup- wanted a sexy ghoul look, which i think we got pretty bang on!! The clothes were supplied by 'Urban celebrity' and' Frocks and finery' two completely different looks but they worked well together! Carmel Hutchinson rocked the shit out of the event and Chris Dvais togged it all- love a good duo!!
Was a really successful night and everyone was amazing!

My heart swells...

Top: Zara
Skirt: H&M
Shoes: YSL
Just a little picture from a shoot i did last week. This skirt is my new favourite - love the material, colour and all round pleasureable experience of wearing it- laid that on too thick?!
Final hand in on Monday for Uni so the *boring uni chat* will subside and more of the beautiful stuff! 3 days until Italy, To say I'm excited is an understatement!!!

Prospects.

Dress- Zara
Shoes- All saints
Bag-Zara
Cardigan- Unknown/back of wardrobe I appear to have become obsessed with this particular shade of orange- Bloog orange I like to call it.
This cardigan I have had for years! I cannot remember where I got it from as there is no longer a label and I have sewn up more holes in it than I care to remember, but it goes with everything, is the perfect thickness for layering/spring and the colour is perfect nothingness.
The shoes I got in a flash sale- 50% off, so naturally I bought them in two colours- Its justifyable when you get two for the price of one!
Today was my final day of essay torture at Uni! essays have been the bane of my life for the past two weeks! Finally done, whoop!!
The building behind me is apt for so many reasons... prospects indeed.
Have had the most bazaar day,on the way to a photo shoot this morning i stopped to get a coffee which resulted in me getting a clamp on my car and a £150 release fee. Most expensive cup of coffee I have ever had- although it was pointed out to me that will be about as much as I will pay in St Marks square for one in Venice, but that's aloud as it Italian- This was Starbucks.
At work today I was a 'Lynx' angel (my random array of jobs continues) I was rewarding a very sweet young man his gift of a free trip to LA courtesy of Lynx. Their stock just went up, considerably!
I now want to wear wings in every day life, don't see how that would be a problem?
Roll on one week when the Italian job starts- I cannot wait to get some sun, coffee and pasta in Italy, Bellissimo!!
