Black and Brocade...

Top: H&M
Skirt: H&M
Bag: Cos
Necklace: Butler and Wilson
Bracelets: Accessorize
Shoes: Zara

I have a massive affinity for Peplums- they accentuate the most attractive parts of the feminine form (whilst hiding a multitude of sins) and I always feel like I'm wearing some sort of double skirt/fish tale highbred... you know when you just want to spin around really fast?
This particular number is a wet suit like material so it keeps you warm in places you didn't even realise were possible without a duffle coat!
Donning another H&M outfit- I am probably responsible for their spike in sales recently, and they in turn for the depletion of my bank account.
The skirt is a sort of brocade pattern with textured metallic and sky blue detailing, the most wonderful piece to pair with silk camsoles/ barely there shirts and structured tops for a bit of personality and texture.
These shoes are some that I got a few weeks ago from Zara- a simple sandal with the perfect heel height (Zara and I often have conflicting opinions on what is an acceptable heel height) they lend perfectly to my over saturated shoe collection - you can never have enough pairs of black shoes!!
