I have already blogged about the Porenza Schouler fall 2011 line here
but I could not resist giving Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough an honorable mention for their new advertising campaign.
As previously noted, the fabulous duo have led the way with Aztec, Tribal, Western boho chic (try saying that three times in a row?!) Their campaign, shot by Willy Vandeperre, sees sensational model, Zuzanna Bijoch, donning some of their most eclectic looks in perfectly structured pieces. The Shots give a nod to the 'jewel' trend with block colouring and the somewhat jejune elements to the design and colour lend perfectly to the playful prints- it reminds me of a Tetris/Pacman highbrid.
It is fabulously eye catching and stirs up feelings of nostalgia whilst remaining impossibly original. Sure to stand out amongst a sea of minimalistic canvases.
